Cancellation Policy
Airport & Point-to-Point Rides
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged the full flat rate.
Wine Tours, Weddings & 6+ Hour Bookings
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 7 days before the reservation. Cancellations inside 7 days may be charged 50% of the package rate; inside 48 hours, the full rate applies.
Peak-Day Bookings
Peak-day bookings (BottleRock, Dreamforce, New Year’s Eve, Super Bowl weekend): Non-refundable deposit required at booking; balance due per standard policy above.
No-shows
No-shows are billed at the full quoted rate.
